In 2004 I started writing a blog on my companies site, The Penny Paper Co. Back then blogs were new and it was a great way to put a voice to my company. Over time my company blog grew and grew and suddenly outgrew being on my company site - as I was talking about a mix of business and personal - and so a separate blog was launched. Since I started my blog so many things have happened. We bought a house, we started renovating the house, we had a baby! (My sweet Oscar) and my company grew and has become what you see here today, a company with a few brands and, a little collective of team members in my tribe.
