I’m a sucker for baby things – even though we don’t have a baby anymore in our house. But seriously, knit sweaters, cute cozy pants, silly stuffed toys that are likely more for the delight of the parents than the children – but it’s such a wonderful time to have a baby in ones’s life – that we can’t resist stuff like this. Here are some of my favourites. 😉 Enjoy!
Do you ever see things while in a thrift store and you stare at them and stare at them and you think – they would be awesome, but do you really need to spend money on something you don’t necessarily need at that exact time in your life? That would be me in Value Village with one particular thing ….

Brass candlestick holders. I’m a sucker for brass candlestick holders. I’ve been lucky to find some at Value Village over the years, so I have a small collection, but have yet to bust them out for a table setting. If you come across some in your travels, here are some images for inspiration for how you could use them in your own home. And a reminder to me (and, um, Aubrey!) that collecting these are, very, very worthwhile.

They don’t have to be vintage – although, that is the majority of my collection. Places like CB2 have cool ones available. I picked these up (below) and I loooooooove them!
Father’s Day finds via Etsy! I put this collection together obviously with Aubrey in mind, but also, thinking of my Dad, had he been here with us. (That vintage rocket just would be something he would have thought was cool!) The items above and more are in my “Dad ” collection on Etsy. Ps., I gave Aubrey that “Hello” mug and he drinks out of it every, single, morning. It’s the best. (And, dishwasher safe)
