Office, the bulletin board

I contemplated putting artwork for above my desk, but I like looking at inspiration. So in the end I chose to go the route of adding a bulletin board. I heart bulletin boards. They allow you to put lots of thing up in disorderly ways, and it always looks creative and fun. Plus, it adds lots of colour to a room once it is filled up!

It’s sloooowly filling up.

1/2 filled with some things that I need to use to trigger something (creatively for work, or for home)

Sorry for the lack of posts, we’re now up to Midwife appointments every two weeks, I’m walking like a penguin, and still working away. I closed down the stationery business until after baby comes, so I’m feeling some relief from stress and it has given me some free time to focus on some projects for the house.

I’m also tiered (again) of my blog design, so I’m hoping to tweak that again shortly. What can I say, I like to renovate/decorate my house, and my blog on a constant basis. True nutty creative over here.

You're adorable! Or at least you sound adorable. The office inspiration boards will be fantastic. I can't wait to have one in our new house.

Looking good 🙂 Totally love the inspiration pics you have up there so far. Is the living room one Suzanne Kasler?

Hang in there! Those last few weeks of pregnancy can be so exhausting. I always have the toughest time sleeping and getting comfortable at all. But, it SO worth it, of course 🙂

What a great idea. I think you should hang it a little higher so that the top of it is at the same height as the shade on the window. It might make it look a little more balanced since they are a similar color and shape.

Jacci – I can't find a refrence on the picture for the living room (or my baby brain is making it invisible)

jbhat – The problem with making the board higher is that I find the window dressing "too high" but it has to stay that way because of the window placement. If I moved the bulletin board up anymore it has too much white space at the bottom between it, and the desk. Right now it's possitioned so the white space is *even* both between the desk & board, and ceiling and board. 🙂 i centered it that way. 🙂
