Charlie Pickles introduced customizable nylon pouches and totes, popular in the USA - but hard to find in Canada. The flagship store in Toronto now offers a customization bar where kids can pick letters to attach to bags of their choosing.

Adding interactive experiences that don’t require “purchasing” is woven into the Charlie Pickles shop experience. The Charlie Pickles vending machine switches themes every few months between stickers, Pokemon cards and …. well, the rest is a surprise.

Lindsay quickly designed and coordinated the manufacturing and delivery of the Charlie Pickles mascot to walk the parade.
